Who we are
This website is run by the studio named in the footer, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We are the controller for the personal data described here.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we store your name, email address, company, the services you selected, budget, timeline and message. When you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address and language. When you ask for calculator results by email we store your inputs, results and email address. We store a hashed version of your IP address to prevent spam; we cannot turn it back into your IP address.
Why we use it
To reply to your question, to send the emails you asked for, and to keep the forms free of abuse. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and, for the newsletter, your consent.
Who else sees it
We send email through Resend, which processes your email address and the message content on our behalf. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Calculator results are kept for 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
